Salboy Developments were expanding into the London market with a new development. Price points started at £1m per apartment. They required a brand identity and brand collateral that fit the market position whilst also displaying the high quality and attention to detail of the apartments. A further challenge was helping shift the clients perspective to invest heavily on the marketing spend/brochure.
From the moment buyers interacted with the brand it was important that we emphasied the feeling of quality and prestige.
A simple and clean logotype created with a sophisticated colour palette that was in harmony with the interiors. The brochure was designed to be something that would be coffee table worthy. Working alongside an illustrator to highlight the key points of interest whilst adding a personal touch to the brand.
